Belle's ball Gown

So this definatly didn't work last time...
Our school musical was Beauty and the Beast, I'm in sewing club, and we made costumes, including the 15 pound yellow gown. This was our version, only here you see 3 rows of ruffles, and in reality there were 5, with 40 yards of uncooperative pink ribbion I had to sew onto them.
